Ingredients:
3 red chillies, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
50g/2ozs butter
Olive oil
1 bundle Asparagus, trimmed
Method
1. Heat a frying pan
2. Add a little olive oil and the butter
3. Add the garlic and chillies to the pan and cook for about 4 minutes
4. Add the asparagus to the pan and cook briskly until 'al dente'
5. Serve
