Peas with Garlic and Spring Onion
The tastiest way to add a twist to this classic vegetable!

Preperation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 bulb garlic
25g/1oz butter
1 bunch spring onions - trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
450g/1lb garden peas

Method
1. Separate the cloves of garlic and peel them. Slice each clove into 4 or 5 pieces
2. Slice the spring onions diagonally also using the green parts
3. Heat the butter and oil in a pan, gently fry the onion and garlic until softened (approximately 2 minutes)
4. Stir in the peas; make sure they are well coated with the garlic juices and cook gently for 2 - 3 minutes
