Ingredients:
1 bundle Asparagus, trimmed
Smoked salmon
Butter
Lemon mayonnaise
Method
1. Heat a pan and add the asparagus and cook briskly for a few mins
2. Drop in the slices of smoked salmon and cook for approx 2 - 3 mins
3. Pile all the asparagus into a dish and arrange the hot smoked salmon on top
4. Serve with lemon mayonnaise and brown bread
