Saltburn's last 2010 farmers market of what has been a very busy year. The weather forecast is sunshine!

Saltburn Farmers Market, Outside Sainsbury’s, near Saltburn Railway Station

As an extra special attraction you can come and have your shoes
shined at a traditional shoe shine stall where all proceeds go to charity. Each pair of shoes shined will cost just 50p and this will buy a brand new pair of shoes for a barefoot child in Ethiopia. A charity started by Saltburn student Pippa Robson and supported at the market by The Emmanuel Church.

...at the market there will be around 25 stalls decked out with Christmas trimmings, place your Christmas orders for a great range of locally produced organic meat, game, fish, cheese, fruit & vegetables, specialist wines from
Skinningrove, Christmas pies from Saltburn, organic bakery from Hemlington, and artworks galore - including 'Marks Boats' - handmade traditional metal boats that propel along when you light the candle! and Chloe Bucks Stained Glass Work.

There’ll be plenty of great gift ideas for Christmas and if you just can't decide - buy a hamper-available from Real Meals at their new premise -25 Milton Street! In fact why not take some time out of the market to browse around the 20 or so independent shops in Saltburn for that very unusual Christmas gift and a nice hot chocolate! Visit Milton Street, Dundas Street
(East and West) and Station Street.

Saltburn Farmers’ Market will take place outside Sainsbury’s, near
Saltburn Railway Station, between 9am-3pm on Saturday 11 December.

The market will start up again on Saturday March 12th 2011

Once again please pass this info to all your friends and colleagues so we can all shop shop shop!
